Mischa In Japan Promoting The OC

When I saw this news report of Mischa promoting The OC in Japan I thought it was funny because she’s no longer on the show but I guess she still has some contractual obligations to hold up with Fox. Anyways Mischa attended a press conferance in Japan recently promoting The OC and she is pictured with Miss Universe 2006 runner-up Kurara Chibana of Japan. My thinking is the show is just getting to TV over there and this is why she is still promoting the show. The OC airs on Japan’s Super! drama TV. If anybody has any insight please leave a comment.

She’s promoting The OC in Japan because it just started airing there. I wish the Season would start where it left off! But we’ll have to see how it flows.

What will the O.C. be without Marissa? She has such a strong social standing within the walls of the O.C. She is Julie’s and Jimmy’s daughter, Summer’s best friend, and Ryan’s on-and-off again Girl friend. Logically, she can’t die. I can’t stand to see Ryan with anyone BUT Marissa Freakin Cooper!! PPPPLLLEASE let her just be in acoma!
Shes not coming back guys she want to get out like from season 1 now she’s free from O.C duty and will watch the 3 of our favorites so buck up your sit belt and watch the 4 season with out Marissa.

Marissa may of been a great character in the first and second season but it was a blessing in disguise that she died cause in season 3 she was dragging the show down with the same ridiculious storylines involving her and her love triangles all of which lead her right back to Ryan with no suprise whatsoever. Now that she is dead it will make more time for the other characters we haven’t had time to explore thanks to all of her antics. Plus if Mischa Barton hates the show so much-we should want her gone

i lives in poland for a semester and i never saw the oc on tv. unless i didn’t get the channel. plus the dubbing is terrible. you can hear english in the back but it dubbed over in polish and its all the same dude. no one watchin the oc could not know how rockin it really is. mischa barton has said shes not signed on, but she has contract obligations. ha, it’s all a big scam. she’ll be back. not right away, but she will be. schwartz has to realize that killing marissa will kill the show for good. the kaitlin thing is to establish a new fan base, but killing marrisa would kill all the die-hard fans and would be inevitable suicide for the show. MARISSA LIVES….

ok, i read that this is the last season of “The O.C”.
Personally, I hate Marissa Cooper’s little sister. And every one is talking about how the show is all around her! So if it is that will bring the show down. But Josh has anoher show lined up right after this one, so i dont think he is too worried!
someone from the USA told me that marissa is alive but she is going to live with her father so maybe we could see her this season!!!let’s pray!!!

to the people thinking that she cant be alive casue we saw her die… have u ever heard of EMS? or a crash cart? u can be brought back to life u know… if u listen closely in the backgound of the finale u can hear EMS sirens of some sort im putting my money on a coma peace

One thing to think about…apparently Mischa wanted out from the show because people kept thinking that she was a stuck up and materialistic person like she played in the show. Isn’t that a compliment???? She played the role very convincingly and that confusion is in some way a compliment to her acting ability with her character.
Mischa left to do movies, as previously stated by others. Before the season finale last year, there was stuff out saying someone was going to die. Then the thing about Mischa wanting to do movies. I’m pretty sure she’s dead. This next season is supposed to feature Kaitlyn more, too. I don’t know about centering around her, but featuring her more, yes.

The only reason they killed marissa off the show was because she didnt want to be on it anymore:P she said she didnt like her character..she didnt want people to think she was alike to her character..which is soo stupid..i meen obviously its a show.

Looking at the comments that Ryans going to become a cage fighter , i dont think that storyline works what so ever i mean you look at Season 1 , Ryan hits people because their inavoidable fights , then in Season 2 , he doesnt fight at all he starts a fresh and studies hard showing he is an alright kid whether he is from Chino or not , then Season 3 he punches the Dean of education which was well deserved btw , then after that he could have easily hit vulcheck when he key’d his car but he didnt he only fought in Season 3 when it was absolutely necessairy , so now in Season 4 hes supposed to be a live wire , on the edge doing Cage Fighting ,im sorry but i just dont think this works out at all.
